Philippine And Garuda's 777 Order--On Track?

IIRC, PAL was due to take delivery of its first 77W in November of this year and Garuda early next year. Are the two carriers still going to be taking the planes, or have they been deferred?

There are rumors regarding Garuda's 77W order. The worst one says that GA has converted the 77W order to 737NG and for widebody they'll order more A330s instead. Another one says that the order is not canceled, it's just deferred. However the good one is that Garuda will receive their first 77W next year. I hope this one will be the right one.

It's unclear at this point due to FAA Cat II status for the Philippines. I read an article that said PR is mulling cancellation outright.

The article isn't entirely clear whether the entire order or a portion of the order may be cancelled. However, since two of the planes are due to be delivered this year, is it possible that it's too late to cancel the order without huge penalties?

I heard EL AL 's 772 orders are being converted to 77W or even possibily 787.

Anyone with more info?
