Delta Reservations Problem

Has anyone had issues trying to call Delta reservations. i have been trying to call for 2 days and i keep getting busy signals ??? I have call the domestic number, and int'l res number and keep getting the same thing.

any help will be appriciated.

They have multiple res centers show you should never get a busy single.

There has been some weather but it should only make the wait longer.

Tried the number 3 times in the past few hours and got right through.
