I got back from PFO yesterday after flying twice on G-DAJB I noticed that the seats and the over head bins are a kind of blue/black scheme. Is this the same on all MON a/c? I thought they had there exterior scheme inside, the black, white and gold/yellow.

Any help will be much appreciated

LGW

I've flown on 3 of Monarchs A300s and the interiors were a very tired blue colour.

G-DAJB, is that a 757?
When I went on a MON A300 from MAN-TFS-MAN the interior was blue/black also.

The service was great both ways on my flights. On time on the way out, but 7 hour delay in TFS on the way back, due to the A300 being stuck in Orlando because of the weather. However, i thought the A300s were in good shape. I am flying with MON again this summer from EDI to LPA on A320 or B757. So im looking forward to that.

I find the Monarch seats very thin and hard.

I thought they were good for the 12 hour flight to Goa, only complaint was the usual lack of room and I'm only 5ft 9in tall. In flight service etc was good. Although after flying Emirates earlier this year I don't think i'll ever enjoy another charter flight!

If you get a 757 ask for rows, 31, 12 or seat 11A, nice leg room.
