Hey gang, I flew on AC230 from YVR to YYC last night (June 24). Our original 190 had some gear issues, then the replacement plane had some problems too so we used a 190 that arrived at 22:15 so they delayed us 30 minutes. That 190 had some water system issues that delayed us a further 30 minutes but we did eventually make it to YYC. We left from C50 so I couldn't get the reg in the dark. Can anyone at AC tell me the fin number that ended up flying AC230 on June 24?? Thanks

C-GAGN: can't help you on the rego issue for AC230, but it seems you had some problems with 3 separate E190s. I've been on several now YVR-YWG / YWG-YOW and in the triangle down east. I don't think I've been on one where there was potable water available. For the E-175s, no problemo. Is this a chronic issue with the 190s ?

I just checked the fleet movement matrix and of 15 E175s and 45 E190s, there is only one with a potable water problem, and it is FIN 304 above. Sounds like you have bad luck with E190s .... don't buy a lottery ticket!

Not to my knowledge. I can't remember if it was incorporated in the modification lines that I worked down in BNA for B6 or not (there were a ton of SBs getting knocked out early on), but chronic issue I don't think it is...at least on our fleet.

Lol, I've had so many smooth flights on the E190 I think I was about due for a problem or two. I still enjoy the E190, nice plane to fly on.
