In this shot, you can see United's HQ in downtown Chicago. It has the teal green roof.
Also, here is a shot of the Boeing HQ just west of the Chicago River by the SEARS Tower (not Willis Tower).

The Delta World Headquarters is actually a campus spread throughout many buildings. All real estate owned by Delta to include the admin buildings, training, OPS center, etc.
There are better images across the net. Cool thing too is the widget in the wroth iron fences. Hard to make out because it's forged throughout but you notice it if you look.

There are some of United's on google images. Its hard to see them all though since WHQ is in three separate places around the Chicago land area. The one in Elk Grove is the "heart" since dispatch and many other vital things are based there.
There is also one near ORD as well as the offices in downtown as posted.

Better views are on Bing. Go to where you want and then click the "Bird's eye". And the nice thing is you can rotate the view to see all sides by clicking on the little "circle arrows" on the left. It's only for the big cities and its a little to "close" for the big buildings but it's pretty good where it's available.

I know CO doesn't use all of it, but many floors are occupied by CO. Systems Operations Coordination Center (SOCC) is there. Some of Chelsea Catering is there. They do BusinessFirst and First Class focus groups there. There is a company store in the lobby, big silver CO logos all over the place as well as Gold Continental Airlines signs and logos on the outside of the building.
