Nice to hear that. They do need to put those 737s somehwere, and I think bAQ-FLL is a safe-ish bet, if they offer low cost fares, just like they have been doing as of late on their domestic routes.

I am talking of the 737s they wil be receiving after these. Plus, they have excessive frequencies on some of the routes being flown and they could instead put the existing aircraft on higher yielding international routes.

Their are no more B737 planned for 4C as of yet, but I assume the rumour of two extra ones has some foundation somewhere, as current planes are flying at full schedule every day. I have been flying 4C lately at different times of the day both to CLO and MDE and planes are quite full, considering they are just beginning to cut into this market I think there are no plans of reducing frequencies. On the other hand I would tend to think marketing strategies which begin by offering a nice ammount of frecuencies and then cutting back to open new routes would not be go very well with customers, especially frecuent travellers.

Some months ago, it was previously commented on this board that NK was planning to start services in cooperation with 4C Aires from Colombia.
For the meantime, NK has extended their services to many Colombian stations [MDE, CTG and BOG] whereas 4C is launching independent services into FLL-BAQ by means of their own planes.
NK FLL-AXM will be starting on November 13th according to the website of the mentioned airline.
