EAA and Airbus will provide reporters a preview of the highly anticipated visit of Airbus’ own A380, a flight-test version of the world’s largest passenger airliner, to this summer’s EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, “The World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration.”

Highlights of the Airbus A380’s planned visit to Oshkosh include:
- A380 arrives and performs flight demo Tuesday, July 28, as part of air show that begins 2:15 p.m. CDT.
- A380 open for walk-through tours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Friday.
- Airbus officials and flight crew make presentation at Theater in the Woods, 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 29.
- Plane-side presentations by flight crewmembers Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning.
- A380 performs flight demo as part of the Friday, July 31 air show that begins at 2:30 p.m. Aircraft departs AirVenture following flight demo.

Does anyone know anything about "The special linkage among the Airbus A380, the comparatively diminutive RV-8 “homebuilt,” and the even tinier Cri-cri ultralight"? I can't quite figure that connection out.
