Basically, the series SMI-SMZ, SPA-SPJ and SPL-SPO are all refitted aircraft with the new First Class and Business Class seats. The series SMA, SMC, SME - SMH are all with the 16F, 58J and 316Y configuration but the First Class seats are new ones also.

Ways in which you can tell if SQ 744's are configured with Sleeper Seats in First Class and new Ultimo Business Class seats.
1. By identification of the aircraft registration as mentioned by this post SMA,SMC,SME-SMH.
2. If you look at the number of windows between Door 1 and Door 2, if there are two windows starting from Door 1, this indicates that the aircraft has an old configuration whereas the newly reconfigured aircrafts do not feature the two windows from Door 1 as First Class toliets are located in this area now.
