I saw an orange tail / orange CFM engines A319 at PHL last week. Any clue? Could it be a former skybus?

Thanks.

Its a company up in Michigan IIRC and they have like 2 former Skybus A319s. I know one is the A319 that had the Nationwide ad on it.

Short answer... yes, it is a former SkyBus plane.

All I know is that these former-SkyBus birds have been making frequent appearances at PHL for some time. The plane(s) (when it's in PHL) are usually parked near the Atlantic Aviation hangar.

Yes like I said it above they are pretty much a "in-house" taxi service for this company. They also have flights down to a place outside Houston as well with their other A319.

Dow-Corning runs them just about daily between Saginaw and Philly. Sometimes several times back and forth in one day.
