Why KLM? Are you sure? It certainly isn't so bad. Yes, they haven't upgraded most parts in a while but it's just fine. Know what? I think that for an airline of it's class, SIA (www.singaporeair.com) doesn't have too proffesional website. Yeah it looks nice at the first look but just visit the fleet information and you'll see... Not the best certainly.

Matt S.

AerLingus,

Phoenix-Sky Harbor has a great web site, I dont know what you are looking at. It has great diagrams, great graffics, and real time flight info. I think my home town airport of BDL has a pretty bad web site. It has been updated but I do not like it at all.

As for KLM, I think their web site is nice. Northwest has a very nice web site, I think the best in the industry, along with online checkin makes it great. Nice fleet info, and great frequent flyer pages.

WORST websites:

JAT
Thai Airways
Lufhansa

The JAT site is pretty packed with infos, but the design just sucks like tornado.

Thai has not that much infos with a plain basic design which every (half)educated webdesigner can put together in hour or two.

As for Lufthansa - their site uses a splash page(YES, DUDES, such a big airline like LH uses such an ugly feature in their site), and the design is a joke.

SAS and UAL; They are way to confusing and they have way too much crowded on one page to the point in which you don't read and just look at the pics. The pics of their planes aren't that good ditto for TWA. AA's planes pics suck big time. They need to come here for plane pic because their's are either too ocntrasty, dark or way too flat.

www.southwest.com isn't too great, compared with other airline websites. There reservation system kinda SUCKS and they need more airport info.

I was trying to find out what type of aircraft on the schedule flight. There is none of shown and cannot find it at all! NOTHING!! I bet it is worse airline website is: Frontier Airlines. It is too small box retangle in the detail flight schedule and etc.. It looks terrible! I wish someone gets a new job and change website to get improvements. I can't tell where Frontier fly new livery Airbus 319.

Air Canada's site really blows. They haven't updated their fleet page for over two years.
