It looks awesome! I'm not an expert on Quito's current airport but will the terminal be larger than the one you actually have? It seemed to me the terminal looks rather smaller. Hopefully i'll be there someday to see it in action! Congrats on your new airport.
Also, will arrivals be easier? At least at the sim flying into Quito is quite an experience.

Yes the terminal looks very small. I'm wondering whether they have a site for a future second terminal. Like they did at SCL, where they first built one side of the airport / terminal, then mirrored it later on, including a second runway.

Also , to mention that this airport will have problems with the approach system , they said that the new airport will have problems with the VOR DME ILS approach system that was design for the airport , thanks for the topography the airport wont have the 5 miles of security on each side of the ILS , that is required by the administration of ecuador
he also , gives a solution to the probllem by making a non precision approach to this airport .
