F-GMDA went to SABENA as OO-SFM, and then SN Brussels
F-GMDB idem as OO-SFN
F-GMDC idem as OO-SFO
F-GMDD wento to Aer Lingus as OO-ORD
F-GMDE, though painted in the full Air Inter livery, was never taken up by them and went to Aer Lingus as EI-JFK where it was shortly operated in an hybrid livery.
The 10 additional A333 ordered by Air Inter were later converted into A321 & A319.

I flew on one of them between ORY and SXB (I think it was in 1996). Great memory as I got invited in the cockpit.
I thought that something was strange, a feeling of space compared to the usual single aisle A320 family on the route... only realized a while after that it was an A330!

Most Air Inter A330-300 went to Aer Lingus and saved them millions as they replaced those ancient 747-100's.

no , 'most' did not go to EI please refer reply 5 where it is very clearly shown that out of the 5 produced for Air Inter 3 went to SN and 2 to EI . 2 out of 5 is not 'most'

Air Inter was the launch company of the A330 with the first commercial flight operated between ORY and MRS on January 17th 1994.
They were operated in a single Y class with 412 seats on the biggest French domestic routes from ORY to MRS, TLS, NCE, SXB, BOD and MPL, AJA, BIA during the summer/holiday season.
They were occasionally used on the European network of Air Inter (ORY-OPO, ORY-SVQ, ORY-AGP), and for Charter flights.
