I know that in the newer planes of Singapore Airlines and British Airways their first class is very good. Are there any other airlines that have a first class as good as them?

Catahy Pacific has a First Class that equals, if not exceeds, those of the airlines you mentioned. Check cathaypacific.com to take a tour.

TG and CX ... all marvelous.

I once also had the chance to be seated in First Class
of United Airlines, which I have to admit from the Service Point of view outstanding.

If you have the money to throw around, fly virgin atlantic's upper class. Fantastic service, though it'll cost you between $8000.00 and $9000.00 to fly from new york to london. Check the link for the Upper Class section of their website.

Virgin Atlantic Upper Class is priced the same as BA Club World. A First Class service at a Business Class fare.

Emirates, and has won the awards to prove it.
Singapore airlines and Emirates have won the "Best
Airline" awards between them for the last 6 years
or so.

I have flown F on UA, SQ, BA, LH and Ansett Australia. By FAR the best is SQ and BA. UA's new "suites" are nice, but dull in color and texture. They also are somehwat uncomfortable and not that easy to use. LH has a nice recliner seat, but no sense os "suite". Service on SQ and BA were excellent. UA was very mediocore. Ansett is always a nice airline.

UAL and Swissair get my vote.

Last I checked a full fare r/t LAX-LHR on UAL went for around USD 13k.

Swissair is very nice:

I love America. I guess that makes me Bush's poodle, but I'd rather be a dog in New York City than a prince in Riyadh.
