Do airlines bid on NFL charters, or do they just get whatever airline that may be in or around the city? Co today will charter the Buffalo Bills from Rochester, Ny to Cleveland on a B757-300 for a Hall of Fame game in CLE. A few other CO's key NFL and college charters; NY Jets, NY Giants, Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The College teams are Texas University, University of Texas, Oklahoma State University, University of Houston, Syracuse University , Baylor University, and the United States Military Academy.
