I was on US3603 on 8/8/2009 from DCA to ORF. I took some flight notes from my whole trip and on this final leg, I was able to go up to the cockpit and talked with the crew about aviation. I had to get out becuase they started boarding and I left my flight notes in the cockpit. My flight notes were heading back to DCA. Inside my flight notes were some flight times, safety cards given by the crew, and past flight notes for 2009.
Upon arrival at DCA, the captain called me and said they found my notes. Captain "X" said that he will send it with a Captain "Y" flying down to ORF later that day. He said the Captain "Y" will leave it with ticketing.
I went back to ORF to drop off some relatives and after asking US ticketing, they said my notes weren't there. I tried going to the baggage office, but it was closed.
Just now I talked with Cptn "X" and said he did hand off my note to Cptn "Y" and "Y" did fly down to ORF that night.
Cptn "X" gave me the number for ZWs pilot ops in ORF, but nobody is answering. I also tried to call ZW, but nobody is answering too. US ORF Baggage office is closed too.
So where can I go from here? I do know Cptn "Y"s name and I might ask my contact in ZW to help if possible. Any suggestions?

I just forwarded your inquiry to a buddy of mine who happens to fly for ZW out of ORF. He is going to see if he can find out where your notes are.

Thanks. I'll post some pics of it soon haha.
It's a binder with red outlines with a picture of a US Airways logo on the front.
