They tried to do an airline with ex UA B727s but it didn't work out. When the airline was going downhill, they painted the Pan Am logo on railcars. Search the forum for some older posts.. pretty sad what's happened to a once proud brand.

I'm not sure if they used some old UA aircraft, but I know they used several old Eastern aircraft. had this photo laying around showing them rehabbing an old Eastern Airlines B727. They just finished installing the winglets and type of hush kit that in combination allowed them to meet stage 3 noise requirements.
