Hey all,
Nerding around on Flightaware, I noticed that WN flew MDW-FAR-IND this afternoon. While its not uncommon to see charters out of FAR for NDSU athletics, given the time of the year, I was wondering if any insiders have any info on the charter. This is also a first to see for myself, usually the charters consist of Sun Country or NW. I haven't been to FAR in awhile, so I am disconnected from the inner-airport info. On a related note, SY is also flying FAR-IND after coming in from MSP today. I guess another question might be, whats going on in IND? Thanks to any info!!!

I work in Indianapolis, and live about 50 miles North. GenCon (big comic book conference) is in IND right now...but that's the only big thing I know of going on there. Well, aside from the IN state fair, but I'm sure that wouldn't be drawing people from ND.

I know about a handful of people from Nodak going to GenCon (they borrowed my car), and it started on Thursday. So that is out. I say it's a military charter based on the fact some National Guard just shipped out. Could be the first step to Kosovo. Also: Go Guard!
