Kuwait Airways & Saudi Arabian To Peshawar; When?

All of the Gulf carriers namely Emirates(A310), Gulf Air(A320), Qatar Airways(A300-600) and I think Oman Air(A310 or B727) fly to Peshawar in the North West Frontier province of Pakistan, near the Afghan border, why are Saudi Arabian Airlines and Kuwait Airways absent from there Confused

Well, I think SV is absent because they already serve Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad. Kuwait might know have many people from there.

But I think SV should start one soon because I have seen many Peshawaris and Afghanis in Saudi Arabia.
