Hi, in this picture published on the Huffington Post website, the US President Obama is seen coming down the stairs. What aircraft is he coming out of which says if I can read it correctly: "Operated by North American Airlines" in a noticed painted forward of the L1 door ? Was this during his election campaign ?

Yes, that shot must be from the campaign. He used NA 757 N755NA during the campaign. Here's a shot I took of him arriving at LGA last September:
