Interesting stat from page 1:

During the 12-month period ending in September of 2008, 138 million minutes of system delay led to an estimated $10 billion in costs for US airlines.


It's a 36 page document... perfect reading while trapped on a plane waiting out the usual 3 hour delay trying to fly into NYC....
