An-12 Crash In Congo, 7 Dead

Yesterday an An-12 crashed near Brazzaville on a flight from Pointe Noire. It had five Russian crew and two Congolese passengers. The Congolese government prohibits passenger transport on Antonovs but they're still used a lot for cargo.
