Flydubai Destinations

Does anyone now why flydubai delay the start of Lucknow (LKO), Chandigarh (IXC) and Coimbatore (CJB) ? They just say its due to operational reason, but what about it.
No traffic rights, no aircraft,......

Also what new destinations can we expect. They recently launched Djibouti (JIB).
My money is on the following destinations
ELQ (Gassim)
SSH (Sharm El Sheikh)
HRG (Hurghanda)
PZU (Port Sudan)
ASW (Aswan)
