JFK is being axed and OA will enter a Codeshare with DL
Also Canada is being Axed and a codeshare is being set up with KLM Via AMS, OA will feed traffic to KL at AMS. I guess an AC codeshare is out of the question due to A3 wanting to have closer links with their future Star partners.
Australia OA will get a codeshare with SQ and EY.

I'm still seeing their JFK bookable beyond October 1.
My sister is going to be flying OA in a week to LHR.

I first looked through Amadeus.net (I was curious to see some of the new Olympic Air schedules) and found all its flights still shown, including JFK. I then checked Olympic Airlines' website to see if any of its flights were bookable.
I tried JFK, LHR, and BEY, found them all bookable. However, in the case of JFK, I just realized that it is only bookable in Business Fully Flexible, which I assume means it is in the process of being zeroed out. Still a bit odd. BEY is bookable in all classes though.
LHR, as you pointed out, is one of Olympic Air's launch routes, however, I also saw LGW flights listed when I know they don't fly there. So something is strange.

LOL... I dont know why its stayed like that showing J to be honest. Mistake or some other reason not sure.
Also don't forget Olympic Airlines is nothing to do with Olympic Air ! On the close of business of 30th September Olympic Airlines will be liquidated and at 0001 on 1st October MIG will launch Olympic Air so they are nothing to do with each other. Even now they are liaising as two separate companies and staff in current Olympic Airlines are not part of the new company. Only those that have contracts signed with Olympic Air will commence work in the new company. Its all a bit weird but I guess its a unique situation. Its not a take over . I also suspect a deal was done in the buying price that consumers would not suffer as their bookings would be protected and the Greek government would pay MIG Olympic Air to carry passengers booked on Olympic Airlines. All bookings are safe and where a route does not exist they will be re protected on other carriers etc...

Me also I think the link with Serbia is vital , alot of Greek companies have invested in Serbian companies and alot of Greek/Serbian businessmen have to fly between the two . It is a route that OA needs to concentrate on as there is alot of potential for making a profit using Dash's. A3 wants in so OA needs to focus. Also with the visa relaxations travel between Serbia and Greece will increase both business and tourism.

As in the rest of Southern Europe, high season is April-September, with July/August being the peak.
Low season is October-March, except for a brief busy season around Christmas/New Year's, as in the rest of Europe.
