orf.at has a short notice that operations at SVO are halted due to a "serious disruption". No more details though. Anyone can shed a light?

"There is no major problem with the airport. Some flights of some companies are being delayed for reasons not linked to Sheremetyevo," a spokesperson for the international airport told the Interfax news agency.

"The information about a halt to service does not correspond to reality. At the current time there are minor delays to five Aeroflot flights in connection with restrictions on the work of border guards.

restrictions on the work of border guards ? what does that mean ? failure to bribe them sufficiently ?

Reason for delays is that a technical failure occurred in the system for checking passports (probably some database malfunction) causing delays at the passport check.
