Finnair & Alitalia At HHN?

Yesterday I spent the day in Germany flying into HHN. We walked around Hahn village, on the way i noticed an Alitatlia office?? Also there was a street sign with the finnair logo on it. Does anyone know whats going on?? I don't think its cargo...

Finnair Technical Services have operated at HHN, they had a maintenance agreement for the technical support of Aeroflot DC10-40F fleet, based at HHN.
