YES! with the exception of Purple the colours are too close to those of Emirates, the Falcon also needs to be modified as it looks to cartoonish and amateur, ok for when it was introduced but not now

I think they dont need and it would be a mistake if they done it except if it is really atractive desighn .
But their current colour is really great . U know some of
old colours in some airlines were better than the new one ex : Egypt Air old colours were much more better than the new one & BA old colours were better also .
But some airlines had made better colour scheme like:
Saudi Arabian Airlines , Kuwait Airways & TWA.
May be they should let passengers to vote for it .
