I presume they are. The airline is predominantly run as a shuttle for employees in the Ilyich Steel Works and other major industrial plants in Mariupol to Moscow and Kiev. Unless the steel company is having problems or has shut down, then I doubt the airline has.
You can only really book tickets at the airport though, unless you phone up and speak good Ukrainian/Russian.
