Are there any immediate expansion plans at HKG? They are studying building a third runway, and also negotiating airspace changes and increasing current runway capacity.

However, when is the "X" terminal going to be built? I thought the current "Y" terminal is designed for only 48 million passengers per year. With pax numbers almost reaching that in 2008? Isn't it time to build more space and gates?

I have read their "HKIA 2020" doc, which to me already seems outdated as the illustrations there don't even include a third runway. In "HKIA Masterplan 2025", the X terminal is gone altogether in the illustration. So what is the plan?
