Why No Game Shows For Inflight Entertainment?

I'm wondering why there's no any games show for the inflight entertainment. All the visual entertainment we now have are movies and drama series. (and nintendo games for some airlines)

Why don't airline plays the game show like "The Weakest Link" or "Who wants to be a millionaire" or other game shows?

I agree, I have watched Fraser (sitcom) on a flight, it was after the movie was over. That is a great idea.

Good Question,

I think JetBlue gets the "Game Show Network." Does that count?

Like "Who wants to be a millionaire?" No thanx!

I prefer watching some Bombay masala films.

But imagine HOLDING a game show in the sky. That would be fun!

Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

i think its a great idea, have passengers play against each other!, win prizes!

it would make flights a feel LOT shorter

This sounds like a idea for Virgin Atlantic!

IndianGuy,

That is a great idea! An interactive game show on the plane assuming it has PTV's...that would be awesome!

Pilot1113: I guess JetBlue's Game Show Network is qualified as Game Shows for Inflight Entertainment.  Smile

Multiplayer games/game shows would be awesome!!!

Also some internet access wouldn't hurt.

And to that guy that asked what airlines have Nintendo, SIA has a few Super Nintendo games.

No need for game shows on Delta's 767-400's! Enough dinging goes on during the flight anyway! (if you know what I mean).
