Are these planes equiped with PTVs?

The Transatlantic A300's are, but the Miami Busses (JFK-MIA, etc.) arent because its mostly tourists, and it isnt that long.

A300s on interational routes such as BOS-LHR are equipped with PTVs, but a large number that run the local tourist routes, most notably MIA-SJU, and domestic business routes, most notably MIA-JFK, are not.

Only 8 A300's (which were converted to 3 class cabins for Transatlantic flights) have the PTV's. I flew JFK to
LHR on an A300 in 1998 and had PTV. It was very nice,
quite comparable to Virgin and BA.

Hopefully, American will replace these oddball aircraft
soon, with the 757-300, 767-400, or more -300's.

Although AA will probably order the 764, the A300 will be around for another 5-10 years at least.
