DHL B763-F (G-DHLE) Why No Winglets?

I've just seen images and a video http://kpae.blogspot.com/2009/09/paine-field-september-23.html of the the latest B763-F for DHL and it has no winglets.

I saw their first one recently doing circuits and bumps at EMA with winglets. Are the winglets fitted after they leave Boeing or is 'HLE not getting them?

The new DHL 767s are being fitted with them at Greensboro after delivery. G-DHLF should be leaving GSO for the UK soon and then G-DHLG will ferry there and take its place.
