On this the first day out of bankruptcy Frontier has put out a new commercial for everyone to enjoy! My little boys (4 and 6) were watching TV and told me, "Daddy come here, the airplane animals are on TV again!" They watched and were extremely excited to see the penguins on TV!
Even though their father works for United they make it very clear to me every time they see those tails that they are loyal Frontier fans! It is kind of embarrassing when I take the family (2 boys 2 girls) on a trip and I have to take them to the A Concourse to see all the Frontier tails then when we get on the plane they have all their little Frontier stuffed animals and tell the FA's how much they love the Frontier planes! Its like a little happy Frontier commercial right there on the plane for all the United passengers to enjoy!

Cute!, Griz singing makes me think about Louie from the old "Taxi" television Sitcom.

I would love to see a commercial narrated by John O'Hurley or Mike Rowe, or have either assume the voice of one of the critters. A moose comes to mind.

I'm having problems viewing it at work. I know it's posted on youtube. Have you tried finding it on there?

I like these commercials a lot. They are catchy, funny and make frontier sound very welcoming. Also, IMO, they make you very hopeful , not just about Frontier becoming stable, but about the whole economy becoming more stable.

I believe it's an issue with the link itself for some people. If you navigate to that area of F9's site on your own it should show up and work properly.

The new commercial is great. I don't know how anyone couldn't be just a little happier after seeing it.

To go along with it, I'll share my two all time favorites from the past: enjoy

- You ought to pitch that idea to Frontier (Republic) for a commercial! I am sure you would have to use a "substitute" name for UA though but still, it would be cute! Can your children act?  scratchchin

- Another catchy commercial. I like it, what markets will they be playing in? I imagine Denver, Chicago, New York City, L.A.?

Although it would make a pretty good commercial I don't think it would go over well with United!
My kids are the most gorgeous little boys and girls the world has ever seen! I don't know how they would do in front of a camera but I can tell you they are most definitely funny little characters, you wouldn't believe some of the things they come up with! Tonight I walked into my youngest son's room and looked at him, he says, "Dad I know I'm in trouble but I think I was just having a moment of weakness!" Then he shows me his Mom's bracelet. I went into his room to ask him if he wanted ice cream, didn't know anything about him playing with the bracelet! Anyways here are the two boys, too cute not to post a picture!

Thank you very much for all the helpful replies! I do like all of the Frontier Adverts, much more interesting than the airline ads that we have over here!

Mate, you should be on top of the world with those kids, reminds me of the days when I used to take my youngies to any airport we could get too, they are now producing Grand Kids, and soon a Great Grand Kid that will keep up the family tradition of spotting. Oh, and one other thing, your youngies will always remember the father who gave them joy, fun, and independence and a refreshing outlook on life. Mate, enjoy, you deserve them. Lov the pic Cheers  Smile

brilliant, absolutely brilliant. I thought the AirNewZealand ads were good, but these are better. Now if only we could get REX in Australia to incorporate some of our native animals on their tails of the Saab 34, it would be awesome.

Dude, those are truly a cute couple of kids. That's sweet that they like planes at a young age. It reminds me of my childhood, back in the day when I thought that the most important part of a flight was to get a window seat.... These days, I care a lot more about getting the most leg room in an airline seat.

A friend of mine tells me that one of the most amazing moments of his life was when he heard his son say "Daddy" for the first time. If I ever have a child, that will be a moment that I look forward to.

I saw this on TV here in DEN tonight and loved it it is so great how F9 is telling DEN that they were not bought out by WN.

I didn't get that until you brought it up and I watched again! I kinda see how they could be doing that now! Every time I see it I feel so happy for them, it honestly makes me want to support F9 even more! I guess its really working!

BTW
Did anyone see the new WN commercial, is that a F9 plane they are pointing at and yelling about the bag charges?

Just a side note, some stations here in DEN are airing the short versions of the new commerical, some parts are cut out for air-time limitations, I guess.

For example, Flip in the hangar (In the original commerical, it was Jack...I don't know why they changed it from Jack to Flip....) was edited out on Channel 9 this evening.

In the Pittsburgh market at least, it's a United Express CRJ-700

In the DEN market as well - The WN rampers are pointing at a Skywest CRJ700 taxiing in the background. The tail is blurred out. I found the commercial a little tacky.

Might be why it hasn't ended up on YouTube. I have seen it (with the sound off because I hate most of the TV commentators for NFL games) and I was looking for it today. All I came up with was the commercial with the bag tug driver going in circles on the ramp with carts full of bags behind him.
