Can someone confirm M1 Group owns 19% of Royal Jordanian Airlines, along with a majority shareholding in Geneva-based Baboo?

The one thing I know is that the E-jets for Baboo were ordered on their behalf. On their website they say that they own the entire fleet of Baboo, which is referred to as its affiliate.

I think M1 is owned by a former Lebanese Prime Minister who used to own a very large portfolio of cell phhone companies in Africa and other regions under the name Investcom (or invetsco). They also own the brand name Faconnnable.
