Hawaiian Airlines Movie Charge Question

The Hawaiian Airlines website indicates that there is a $5 to watch movies on its flights regardless of whether or not a passenger brings his or her own headphones. How is this enforced? Do flight attendants look for visible signs of passengers watching the movie with headphones? (I believe their 763s only have overhead monitors, not PTVs.) Along these lines, is there a charge simply to listen to music stations? How would the flight attendants know?

Also, I may be mistaken but I seem to recall them offering DigiPlayers for sale at some point. Is this still offered?

Pilot: "Request push, which way should we face?" JFK Ground: "You better face the front, sir, or you'll scare the pax!"

I've never seen any HA F/A enforce it. I always end up plugging my earbuds in after awhile to listen to the Hawaiian Skies program and/or the movie and have never been told anything.

However, the plugs are mono, so you will only hear sound from one side unless you have an adapter.
