I posted this thread in the Tech/Ops forum, but I'm not getting the response that I had hoped for.

My questions are: What certificates and ratings does it take to be a viable proffesional helicopter pilot? What are the typical salary ranges? How much can I expect to pay for training, and how does the fact that I have a Private fixed-wing ticket with around 130 hours enter into the situation - does it help at all?
