BA S/haul Fleet LGW W09/10

Hi there, I just want to know what's happening with BA's s/haul fleet @ LGW this coming winter? Yesterday Sat, 24/10/09, I saw 5 LGW based A.319s position into LHR, these being G-EUPB/C/D/E/G, 4 of these came in from LGW itself. A further LGW Based A.319 G-EUPF positioned from LGW to LHR this morning! I'm just wondering if BA will base any A319's @ LGW this winter, and why these A319's are leaving LGW. Now that BA 6 A319's have moved to LHR, this just leaves EUPA, EUOB, and EUOE being LGW based, will these 3 A319s move over to LHR to? Thanks, Timetable

No its staying at 3 for the winter. INN can only be flown with the 319 for a start.

Well Pisa, Malaga and Gibraltar flights move to LHR from LGW this weekend so that probably explains why the equipment is moving....

Lets not forget that BA has ditched BCN/MAD/KRK/IBZ/ALC/PMI/BRI/MLA (some seasonal) as well - LGW took approx a 20% capacity cut...

But for sure there has been a lot of pain overnight (24/25 October!!)

3 A319's for the winter.

INN/AYT/ADB/JER to be the main recipients of the buses.

Out of interest, who does INN have to be A319? There are photos of 734's there in the database.
