I was just curious if anyone knows of any US airlines that plan on hiring flight attendants in 2010.
I know Hawaiian is getting some new aircraft later on, and I've heard that Southwest may start hiring in January in addition to several regional airlines.
Obviously I imagine Virgin America is currently hiring as well as they continue their slow expansion.

I expect Alaska Airlines to hire in the spring. They are adding routes, and have posted the largest profit out of any U.S. airline in 3Q09. As soon as the market picks up again they should be in full swing.

I would imagine Air Wisconsin, SkyWest, ASA, Republic, Compass, Pinnacle, and Expressjet would all be hiring, and some may already be.

Air WIsconsin is actually far from hiring as they are going to be displacing all the LGA and possibly they will do the same with the RDU base. Here at Republic we are hiring like wildfire. Especially for the YX and F9 ops.

AirTran is hiring right now, along with Mesa, Air Wisconsin, Skywest, GoJet, Colgan and Republic.

Alaska will not be hiring until at least 2011. They currently have over 300 people on leaves/voluntary furlough through March 2012.
