Today there are 3 hour arrival delays due to the wind (I even saw a USAir Express flight that was delayed 5 1/2 hours). Tommorrow the wind seems like its going to calm down. Anybody have an idea on how long delays will be tommorrow. Also does Southwest tend to cancel flights if they are this much delayed?

It's suppose to calm down tonite as the Nor'easter moves north, so shouldn't be as bad tomorrow... however, it is impossible to tell, especially with PHL. Good luck and enjoy your trip!!

Philly is forecasting low ceilings and winds out of the north tomorrow. These two together are a terrible combination. Expect about 1 hour delays in the morning and 3+ hour delays in the evening. It is a saturday, so delays in the morning will not be as bad as a normal weekday, but evening delays will be terrible as usual. If for some reason the ceilings raise about ~2500 feet then they might be able to get arrivals into 35/26, which will allow philly to utilize normal arrival rates.

N757ST, try not to break anything tomorrow Today we were pretty much down to "Take a number and with a little luck you'll see a mech in about an hour." It's been a a bad few days in PHL since ORF is all but shutdown for MX from the storm.
