The usual 3000 ft westbound over the Golden Gate Bridge, but then they turned left for a few miles, then I guess they must have continued left to NE and passed fairly close to the bridge again, still at fairly low altitude if we can believe Flightaware which we likely can't. But is it possible they were already talking to Oakland Center by then?

On the liveatc.net archive of SFO departure for 19Nov 2030 -2100Z (close to the end of that segment) you can hear Horizon 638 request for some clearance including the words "Golden Gate Bridge", but I can't make out what was said.
