Why does an airline that doesn't even fly to the US sponsor a US Football team?

Or perhaps, 'Why would a football team pay to advertise on an airline that doesn't even fly to the US'?

The airline also had Manchester United liveried aircraft and merchandise before they started flying to the UK. A sign of things to come, perhaps? Speculation has definitely been hot about OAK being the first destination in the US.

Same goes for NYC and SFO.

For the USA, they want whatever they can get first  Smile

Hey congrats Roni! Did you manage to get any pics of the arrival? Would love to see some if you caught it. Considering the fares they were selling for the early flights, I'm assuming it was a full flight?

Thanks Airpearl!  Smile

Security was really tight that time of night, and i was banned from snapping pics from my phone.

260 passengers arrived from KUL (286 capacity).

and 286 departed for KUL on the flight back! Not bad for first flight!

Sounds good! Some terrifically low fares - under £40 one-way all-in - for AUH-KUL.

I flew this particular 343 on KUL-STN (I paid £98 one-way all-in).
