My last few flights were on US Airways but I did not get a chance to write down the registrations on the birds. Can anyone help me with the aircraft registration on the following dates/flights?

11/25/09

Flt#1869 JAX-CLT 737-300

Flt#1944 CLT-EWR 737-300

11/28/09

Flt#2634 EWR-CLT CRJ-900 "Operated By Mesa"

Flt#1550 CLT-JAX A320-200

I could only find one of your aircraft via ACARS. US1550 on 28 Nov. was N113UW, A-320-214, cn 1141. Routing was ONT-PHX-CLT-JAX. Hope this helps.

I found another one. US1944 on 25 Nov. is listed as N506AU, B-737-3B7, cn23381/1394. This site was not the official ACARS site I utilized before, however, it's been used by other a.netters in different threads. I mention this because this site, SPOTTERS, (link attached) shows a different reg. for US1550. They indicate N122US, A-320-214, cn1298. I tend to trust the initial entry, which was from a source that ,so far, has been very accurate. Maybe someone else can confirm/deny which is correct. http://antonakis.co.uk/acars.php?page=request

Viajero

US has not operated the 733 in quite awhile. So it would have to be a 734.

Not really, we still have a few -300s on both sides of the operation.

Thanks for all of your help. I was surprised myself at the number of 737-300s operating for US Airways but then remembered America West having a pretty sizeable fleet.

I have not seen a -300 on the East side in quite awhile. All we see are the -400. Sorry as out of DCA/PHL/CLT that is all that shows up there.

There are still plenty around. Just in the past few weeks I've been on them on BOS-PHL, ORD-PHL and BNA-CLT.

I have hitched rides on 733s this year to EWR and MIA, both out of CLT.

I can admit when I am wrong. I was on an overnight in STL and saw 505AU there and in PHL saw 506AU. So yes there are some still flying around.
