Qantas VH-OJK To Be Retired This Month

I have heard that QF VH-OJK is to be retired sometimes this month. It was the aircraft that had suffered the gaping hole on the side of its fuselage a while back. Does anyone know what is her last flight and what date is she leaving the QF fleet?
