Anyone know a website where you can find details of arrival/departure routes from Vienna (LOWW). I saw a reference in one of the pictures on this site of the famous "charlie departure". Is that when departures from 29 make a left turn immediately after departure.

Correct, all SIDs from 29 make a left turn at 1000ft AMSL (approx. 400ft AGL). The only exception is the WGM7C departure, which features a right turn at 1100ft. But i think it's rarely used and for props only.
