Hi!

I am currently on DL 8771 from ATL to SEA.
Was wondering what the reason for this flight is, since it does not seem to be a regular flight (as the flight number indicates). I'm on it because I got bumped off of DL 131/1267, in case somebody is curious.  Wink

The Seahawks. DL1057 was a 763 that will take the Seahawks to Houston in the morning, leaving no aircraft to do the redeye back to ATL. So I would guess the 757 you are on will operate DL1060 to ATL tonight.

Hey P., I thought the 'Hawks were carried around by HA. Are you sure Delta's doing the honors this weekend?

I believe they switched for this season, as Delta has done it from pre-season all the way through.

They have been under DL9787 and DL8875. Further to support this if you look on Delta.com, DL8875 is scheduled to fly SEA-EFD (Ellington Field in Houston) at 8:50a departing from “OPS”. On Sunday the redeye is scheduled to be a 763 with no 763 to SEA on Sunday.

Hawaiian left the Seahawks after last season and have been on Delta all year.

Seahawks flight number is 8875.

EDIT: Sorry C767P, didn't see that you had posted.
