Air China offers these flights since the Pearl River Delta (SZX and CAN) are the world's factories. I believe the 744 is a combi and the other widebodies offer important cargo lift for forwarders looking to move products out of SZX to the world.

Quoting Farzan (Thread starter): Any other single airline offering this kind of frequency and variety of equipment on a single domestic destination, or even international?
Take a look at CA between Beijing PEK and Shanghai SHA.
You will find a wonderful mix of 747,777,767,A340 and A330.

Quoting JQFlightie (Reply 3): do they use this mix of aircraft just for PAX and cargo uplift or is it for repositioning of aircraft for international flights ?
For PEK - SHA , CA needs the raw capacity on that route.
Rush hour flights are often overbooked.
In addition, SHA (Shanghai Hongqiao) has very few international flights, as PVG has taken over most of the international traffic.

That must be some kind of a record offering.

Such a shame we don't have any widebody domestic flights in Europe anymore... ( ok, a few occasional tag ons and charters... SQ MUC-MAN will be a good one, or SV from the UK to GVA.
