Pilot Rescued After Plane Ditches Off Morcambe Bay

The female pilot of a PA30 was rescued this afternoon after ditching in to the Irish Sea in Morcambe Bay after her aircraft suffered technical problems, more on BBC News.
A job well done to all those involved. I saw an RAF Sea King heading south on my way home from work and wondered what it was doing up here. Must have attended this.
