I thought this deserved its own topic:
From TK's website: "The Incorporation has decided to start operating “Istanbul – Dacca (Bangladesh) (DAC) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) (Vietnam)” route in the year 2010."
TK is becoming a very big player with all these expansions. Hopefully they can keep up with raising services and quality stantards.

Wow I wonder what aircraft they'll use to Dhaka? They'd be a great connecting airline to Europe, Africa and the US/Canada. Definitely add some pressure to Emirates, Etihad and Qatar's dominance in this transfer market from Bangladesh.

It is worded as combined. Just like other routes when TK gets more metal and if these routes perform good, they will get separated.

Well i think i used the term in a wrong way.
I just meand that it would not be combined with another city for the sake of North American flight connections.
I would think the schedules would be very similar to those of BOM and DEL

The schedules for DAC would 100% be similar to that of DEL. But the problem is that IST DAC IST cannot be flown as a terminator because due to the longer distance involved, it wont connect in one direction with North American bound flights operated by TK hence them considering doing a IST-DAC-SGN routing using an A 332 makes total sense as the aircraft will stay on the ground at SGN for 5-7 hours at least before making a turn around.
