Very clunky interface and far too much clicking and button pressing to get where you want. Flightaware.com is still the king of the trackers.

It would certainly take some getting used to. I noticed that if you leave a flight up on it your session times out after a while rather than auto refreshing like with flightaware, also the site crashed on me when trying to pull up a route map for an AC flight between YYZ and LHR. Not sure why since I had previously pulled up a map for a WS flight between VRA and YYZ and had no problems other than the aforementioned timeout.
