Hi All,

I am flying QF 108 tomorrow 12/23 from JFK through to SYD. Anyone know what reg of the aircraft is going to be for that flight?

Also, on which side of the aircraft is generally best to sit on in order to get a view of Sydney (City, Harbor, etc.) on approach?

Thanks! My first trip down under, very excited.

Left side for SYD, but it is wind dependant

Where's the passion gone out of the airline industry? The smell of jetfuel and the romance of taking a flight....

Hey Metsfan1, enjoy your trip. Nothing is showing just yet and even the inbound QF107 isn't showing but this may help you a little later today:

http://www.acarsd.org/flsearch.html?reg=&flight=QF0108

Keep an eye out for the QF0107 operating 12/23 as well.

You may expect to get an answer from one of the QF guys a little later in the day when they wake up. It's currently just gone 4am back in Oz.

Cheers,
Aussieindc

From what I can see, it looks like it will be VH-OEF. Don't quote me on it though. Maybe some of the Qantas guys waking up about now may be able to confirm?

By now you are probably checking in for the flight. The check in staff should be able to advise as well.

Have a great flight.

Cheers,
Aussieindc

Wunala is Oscar-Echo-Juliet. Echo Foxtrot is just a normal coloured plane.
