Firstly,

Can anyone tell me what rego did SQ978 SINBKK on 24th December - i forgot to look.

Also - re the SQ 772ERs - which ones are derated to 772A standard? And what are the differences to the long-haul utilised ones? Is there a crewrest area installed? Whats the longest route ex-SIN the 772s are deployed on? Is it MAN?

When does BKK get upgraded to the A333 by SQ - does anyone know?

What do you mean you dont have any bourbon? Do you know how far it is to Houston? What kind of airline is this???

1. Rego 9V-SQ* (3-class) and 9V-SR* (2-class) are the derated 777-200s.

2. Rego 9V-SV* is the 777-200 designated for long hauls and aren't derated. They have Spacebeds installed for premium classes instead of the Ultimo seats.

3. When the A345s went tech in the past, the 772 was called in to sub. I believe they could fly SIN-LAX nonstop with a payload restriction but the return journey had a stop in TPE. That should be the longest flight for the 772.

4. Previously when SQ flew to LAS, the HKG-LAS portion was perhaps the longest route for the 772 on the airline's network.

5. BKK is a 3-class destination (served by 772/773 and previously 744) whereas the 333s are only configured in a 2-class layout. Unless there is a fluctuating demand for PCL on certain times of the day, I do not see this route getting replaced by the 333 in the near future. But as the LCCs start eroding the pie fast enough, the SQ 333 could very well become a possibility.

2 of BKK flights will be swapped to 333 from Jul 2010, and the other two from Oct 2010.

SIN BKK has been a 2-class route for quite a while now. At this time, the route almost uniquely sees the regional 2-class configuration 9V-SR*.

That would have been 9V-SRP.
